We use your stuff but add our touch! Occupied staging is an economical way to stage your home and a smart way to utilize the talent of Dee Wright design consultants to organize and showcase your home.

VACANT STAGING

Vacant homes are tough to sell. At Dee Wright Design we transform your empty room into a warm, contemporary space that will make your buyer say : SOLD in a jiffy.

REDESIGN

Let us help you choose paint color, decorative pieces, or even shop for you. We can help rejuvenate a space that will make you love your home again.

PRICING:

Vacant Staging: $1,500-$3,000
Occupied Staging: $250-$750
Redesign: $200-$300
Personal Shopping: $75 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Consultation: $150-$175

DANIELLE WRIGHT-FENNELL

Owner & Chief Designer

Danielle Wright-Fennell founder, design diva, and bargain shopper extraordinaire; is a natural interior decorator. As a child, while building dollhouse furniture with her dad, she always had a passion for all things interior. A great storyteller that uses a thematic approach to her design, Danielle weaves her creative writing skills and energetic personality into every project she takes on. Danielle’s style ranges from transitional to contemporary that highlights clean lines and modern patterns. A mother to a precocious child, Danielle has an extra satisfaction in decorating spaces for children, especially nurseries and playrooms. Danielle earned a BA in English Language, and Literature from the University of Maryland at College Park, a MS of Education, from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Leadership Executive Coaching certificate from the George Washington University.
